How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Pleasantpurposes Windows & Siding should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Pleasantpurposes Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Pleasantpurposes Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@pleasantpurposes.property and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
